How do I return an item for a refund?
To return an item for a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@prifaco.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that all returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to see my refund?
It generally takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account after we have received the returned item. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your Prifa subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Prifa account on our website.
- Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section of your account page.
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button.
- Confirm your cancellation by following the prompts.
Please note that you will need to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month's shipment. If you have any issues canceling your subscription or if you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
What is your refund policy?
We offer to return your goods one day after delivery.
The product must be in its original condition. The item(s) must not be used in any way. We cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
We offer full refund (product price excluding original shipping cost).
